How do you check a maid before placing her?
Every candidate from Indonesia is screened with background checks, skill assessments and interviews, so she fits what your household needs. She also goes through the FOMEMA medical check to confirm she is healthy and fit to work.
Can I interview more than one candidate?
Yes. You can interview up to three candidates by video call before you decide.
What if the maid I hire isn't suitable?
Every placement comes with a 6-month guarantee. If she isn't the right fit, we arrange a replacement and handle the change-of-employer paperwork. Ask us for the guarantee terms in writing before you sign.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–3 months from the first consultation to her arrival, covering JTKSM registration, the SIPERMIT application, Immigration approval, the flight and the final FOMEMA check.
I already have a maid. Can you help with just the renewal?
Yes. We handle passport and permit renewals, insurance, FOMEMA and document legalisation, and the employment contract the Indonesian Embassy requires.
Can you legalise a helper who has overstayed?
Yes, for helpers from Indonesia. We process and validate the documents so every legal requirement is met.
What do you do when a helper goes home?
We cancel her work permit properly, so the repatriation is compliant with Malaysian regulations.
